About Us

Who is Dream Network Australia?

Dream Network Australia Inc. is an association that has formed to share knowledge, experience and information about dreams and dreaming. We offer an annual program of workshops, dreamgroups and conferences. Our programs are relevant for everyone interested in working with their dreams to explore depth, meaning and creativity. For practioners wanting to develop their professional skills in dreamwork, our programs provide valuable learning experiences and resources.

Dream Network Australia Inc. provides a forum for providing a greater awareness and appreciation about dreams and dreaming. As a community of interest, we are dedicated to furthering the personal exploration, learning  about and application of dreamwork—personally, socially, culturally and spiritually.DNA values cross-cultural awareness and appreciation of different traditions and perspectives about dreams. We adhere to the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD) code of dreamwork ethics. DNA was established in 2011 and in 2012 co-hosted with IASD the first Australian Regional IASD Dream conference.

I have found through my personal dream practice, research and continuing study that dreams provide a sense of relationship, of deep connection, really core connection to inner and outer—to past, present and future. The  benefits of working with our  dreams  are multiple—both personally and collectively and can help to increase insight, to finding meaning and to encourage empathy.
