About the Author: Robert Bosnak is a Zurich trained Jungian psychoanalyst with an international professional practice. Robert is a past president of IASD. He is the pioneer of the Embodied Imaginal Dreamwork process. He has written several books, including: ‘Tracks in the Wilderness of Dreams’; Embodiment: Creative Imagination in Medicine, Art and Travel, and the perennially popular book, A little Course in Dreams. Robert is currently a Director of the Santa Barbara Healing Sanctuary.

What Your Need to Know: A Little Course in Dreams is a hands-on manual for everyone who is interested in dreams and in healing and transformation of the soul. The reader is guided through remembering and recording dreams; working with a written dream text or a series of dreams, how to use the techniques of active imagination and ampification, working with dreams alone, in pairs and in groups.

About the Author: Monte Ullman was a psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, parapsychologist and pioneer in the field of group dreamwork. He is the originator of a gentle process of working with dreams, where the dreamer stays at the centre of a process supported by fellow dreamers. He was an advocate of the social function of dreaming and believed that dreams are a potential catalyst for change both personally and collectively. In his view, dreams help us get in touch with our interconnectedness with others and all that exists. Monte was the author of several books and many articles.

What Your Need to Know: Appreciating Dreams: A Group Approach is a useful introductory text for anyone wanting to explore their own personal dreaming as well as providing a guide and practical template for employing the Ullman Dream Appreciation method which provides a safe, proven process for sharing dreams in a group context.
